We want you to feel happy with your purchase but, if you want, you can make an exchange or return. We will be glad to do it as long as we have the product in stock. If we don’t, we will suggest you a discount code for the correspondent amount or a refund.
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please keep returned or exchanged product in original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip.

Peninsula (including Portugal) and Balearic Islands
- The exchanges for the Peninsula, including Portugal, are free and we take care of managing the process, either for the exchange of size or for the exchange of a product. In case there is a Price difference, we will tell you and we will explain how to proceed.
- The exchange time is of 2-3 working days once the client contacts us with all the information of the product he/she wants to exchange.
Canary Islands and International
- For exchanges in the Canary Islands and the other countries, the client must pay for shipping back the producs to our office. Once we receive the package, we will send the new products and pay for the shipping costs.
- We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Shambhala Barcelona is not responsible for any lost return.
- The exchange time once we receive the package is of 1-2 working days.
