We want you to be happy with your Shambhala purchase. If you changed your mind, no worries! You can make an exchange or return of any products from your purchase within 30 days.
We only accept returns & exchanges for the Shambhala-labeled items. The accessories we are re-selling from other brands/labels cannot be returned or exchanged.
The whole process is pretty simple, you can find all details below:

How can I place a return or exchange?
To place any return or exchange, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by attaching: name, order number and items you want to return.
Get you package ready, making sure all garments are in original conditions. If you want, you can include items from different orders in the same procedure.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping, taxes or insurance. We recommend using a postal service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the return process. If you are in Barcelona, you can always bring it to our physical store.
Once we receive your package containing the items that you want return or exchange, we will check if the items are in original conditions (unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging).
Once we identify that they’re in original conditions, we will start with the return/exchange procedure.
We will make the refund within 15 working days period. As a reminder, this will be done on the same payment method of the first purchase and original shipping costs are not refundable, as it is a completed service.
We’ll contact with you to confirm that the refund is done so you can check it on your account.
We will make a voucher according to the amount of the returned items, including free shipping costs. So, you can choose your new desired items and we’ll take care of shipping costs.
Shambhala is not responsible for any delays or lost shipments on returns process.
If, for any reason, the items received are not in the original conditions indicated in our terms, we will send them back to you instead of making a refund.
30 days period to claim any defected item
Items must be unworn and unwashed including original labels
If you see any defect in the products when you receive your order, contact with us immediately by sending us your order number and photos of the defected item.
Once we receive the defected item in our warehouse, our product & quality-control department will check the item and get back to you as soon as possible.
We offer total guarantee as long as it is considered a manufacturing defect. In that case, we will provide you a new item same characteristic, covering all expenses.
Shambhala will not be responsible for any defects caused by incorrect use or manipulation of the product in the washing process.
