We do not deliver to postal boxes, certain islands and some remote areas.
We know that you expect to receive your package as soon as possible, that’s why we work to deliver within 1-2 working days.
During national holidays, launching periods, promos or special campaigns, some delays might occur in sending the orders.
Where’s my package?
Our courier service Nacex will send you an SMS, providing a link with your tracking number.
If they can not reach you on delivery date, you will get a Nacex message to set a new one of your convenience. After two tries, package will be placed in a local office, where you could go to pick it up.
If by any reason, they can not get in touch with you for the new delivery date, you can text us to email@example.com by attaching your name and order number, so we can manage it.
If a package doesn’t get to its destination and gets back to us in Shambhala, will be considered as a return. So in case you want the items, you will need to place a new order.

Where’s my package?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email where you can find the tracking number of your shipment and follow the status of it.
Taxes and duties
Shambhala is not paying for extra taxes or duties from international shipments.
For shipments destination to Canary Islands Shambhala will cover management costs, IGIC taxes will be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
