High hygiene and protection: Your health is our priority
After weeks of experiencing the certain restrictions, including closing our physical store, we are happy to announce that we have reopened our doors.
Below, we will answer all the questions that we think that may arise. If you still need a more specific clarification about something, you can write to us at email@example.com and we will be happy to answer you.
What hours will you open? Will it be the same as always or different?
For the time being, to be able to maintain the exhaustingly repetitive cleaning routines during the day, the store hours will be as follows: MONDAY to FRIDAY from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and SATURDAYS from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
As soon as we extend our hours again, we will announce it on the web, social networks and newsletter.
What capacity will the store have?
Following the established recommendations, our store will have a capacity of 30%
What safety and hygiene measures are you taking?
We will open our store following a protocol of high hygiene and protection to ensure that our house is a safe and healthy space for you and for all our team.
For employees: masks, gloves and hand sanitizer gel.
For the store:
1. Mandatory mask.
2. At the entrance you will find additional disinfecting gel for hands and single-use masks in case you don't have one.
3. Two-meter safety distance between clients.
4. 2m distance when paying.
5. Disinfection of the fitting rooms of each client. Every time you enter a fitting room, you will find it disinfected.
6. Disinfection of the products after they have been tested by a client.
7. Cleaning the facilities twice a day with attention to the most frequent contact surfaces, such as doorknobs, counters, furniture, handrails, floors, telephones, hangers, cars and baskets.
8. We also keep a list of the day and time of all the cleaning protocols mentioned above.
Is the entire Shambhala team working in the store and offices?
Due to the current situation we are experiencing some restrictions in our work environment, but we are willing to adapt to what life presents us. The team that is responsible for sales and service in the store will be physically to assist you, also those responsible for online sales. Regarding the office team (branding and communication, fashion design, graphic design, customer service...) they are currently adapting a work method that combines physical presence in the office and teleworking.
If I buy online and the store is already open, does it mean that I can choose the store as a “pick-up point”?
Yes, when you buy on the web you can already choose “store” again as a pick-up point as well. As you prefer!
If I have to make a change of size or return, can I do it in store?
Yes, and we will be happy to assist you. Remember that the product has to be in perfect condition and still has the label.
If you open the store, does it mean that you are going to stop offering online content such as classes or talks?
No. The #ShambhalaUnited movement goes further. With this initiative we set out to offer a holistic content to accompany you on your journey of awareness and well-being, and it will continue to be so. We continue to offer new Instagram Live content to make yoga and consciousness a more inclusive practice.
At Shambhala we consider ourselves more than a team, we are like a small family that supports each member. This is why, although we have been physically separated for a few weeks, we have always felt very close. And this is what we want to continue transmitting: union, adaptability, learning and confidence in life.
Also, as our new visuals say in the store: even though we have to keep two meters away, our store is full of hugs because our auras will still be in contact, despite the “two meters” rule. And although we have to protect ourselves, the language of love penetrates through masks. We can still think and vibrate higher. Let's keep the physical distance but the thoughts and the heart together!
