Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are experiencing some restrictions in our work environment, so we are forced to make some changes and adapt to this new situation. On one hand, our physical store in Barcelona will be temporarily closed until the home confinement is completed, but on the other hand Shambhala team is healthy and working with love from homes to continue offering you the best content. We have also created the #ShambhalaUnited movement, through which we offer you holistic content to accompany your well-being. On our Instagram Live and IGTV you will find yoga classes with our ambassadors, coaching sessions, talks about solidarity, nutrition and also Kirtans.


During this period we will attend your online orders and we extend the term of exchanges and returns. For this reason, a colleague from the Shambhala family prepares your orders twice a week, in complete safety. We have assembled the orders twice a week in order to respect the #stayathome situation as much as possible.


Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions these days:

How do you prepare the orders?
Only 2 colleagues of ours are preparing all the orders, with mask and gloves. Due to safety measurements, we keep the clothes in their plastic packaging, so from our side no human contact is made at all. And we deliver the shipments to the courier companies, again, without any physical contact.
How about preparation and shipping time of the orders?
We are able to prepare and send orders three days a week. Moreover, especially after weekends, there might be a little queue in terms of preparation of the orders. So, your orders will be shipped in maximum of 5 days once we receive them. As we see, there is too much pressure on our fellow courier partners NACEX and The Mailboxes as well, that's why we kindly invite everyone to be more patient than we usually are, against couriers.

Can we still do Returns & Exchanges?
For the orders after 16.03.2020, Return & Exchange requests have to be paused until further notice, mostly for health measurements. However, we expand our R&E period to 90 days, so once our store and office opens again, we will take care of your return or exchange request. Please keep your products unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused (in sellable condition) if you wish to make a return or exchange.


Can we still pick up the orders from your store?
Nowadays no, but in the future for sure! Our store in Barcelona is closed but still, as some of you did, it is possible to order with the “pick-up from store” option. In that case, we reserve your order, and when our store is open again, you can come, pick-up your order as usual, share a cup of tea with us and chat about the good old quarantine days.
